When purchasing tickets, you must specify the category of seat desired (price). The Door Community Auditorium Seating Chart shows the categories of seats available. The seating chart link creates a separate window which you may find helpful to keep open as you select seats.
To purchase on-line, you must create an account. Note the information required and noted by the red asterisk must be provided to create an account. This information is used to create a unique account for you. This step is required only once. Once the account is created, you may log-in by simply using your email address and the password you create in the registration process.
Please note there is a Door Community Auditorium facility charge of $1.00 per seat that is included in the final price. The season ticket includes $9.00 for this charge.
Note there is a $3.00 handling charge per order that is added in the checkout process. Wisconsin Sales tax of 5.5% applies to all purchases, and handling charge. There is no charge for mailing tickets.
Payment: Only Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards are accepted.
All programs, artists, dates and times are subject to change. There are no refunds or exchanges on any ticket purchase. All sales are final.
You may select the delivery method: mail to you or hold for pickup at the box office. Orders received one week or less before the concert will be held for pickup at the box office.
