Currently, there are no open chairs in the Festival Orchestra.

Maestro Yampolsky does not usually hire string players who he hasn't heard.

Resumes, repertoire list and CD's can be sent to the Festival Office, however, this does not guarantee an audition when an opening occurs.

All members of the Peninsula Music Festival Orchestra are responsible for their own housing and transportation to and from the Door County Peninsula. Door County is a summer toursist area with limited discounted housing opportunities. The repertoire is challenging with short rehearsal time and very little music available in advance.

The Peninsula Music Festival is a fully professional symphony orchestra.
